Our naturally gluten and dairy free Bakewell Tart created by Lydia using her unique gluten and dairy free pastry is really popular. We only use Welsh free range eggs - we believe these are the best. It is generously hand filled with raspberry conserve and our rich almond mix. It is then topped with flaked almonds before being iced by hand. A truly special treat.
