Our naturally gluten free Cariad Rose Bara Brith are hand made by us here on beautiful Anglesey using our family recipe. We use Welsh free range eggs and butter, our blend of spices, sultanas, raisins, currants (in cottonseed or sunflower oil, NO SULPHUR DIOXIDE.) and baked cherries, all soaked in Welsh fruit tea. The result is the most delicious Welsh Bara Brith, described by local customers as "the best".
UKAS accredited microbiological laboratory tests have confirmed this product is gluten free and the shelf life is 14 days, They can be frozen. Minimum order 12 cakes.
